Our Story
Committed to Quality
From the initial consultation to the final handover, our unwavering commitment to quality shapes everything we do. We prioritise our clients’ needs while honouring the architect’s vision and design intent. Our carefully selected trades, consultants, and team members work collaboratively to ensure that each project meets the ‘Watara Standard,’ delivering excellence and professionalism every step of the way.
Proven Experience
With over 50 years of combined experience in building and construction management, our team excels at providing solutions to complex challenges that arise with new materials and demanding sites. We take pride in being recognized as the HIA QLD Professional Small Builders for 2021, 2022, and 2023. At the conclusion of each project, we aim to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives while fostering long-lasting relationships.
Projects We Build
We specialise in the construction of architecturally designed new homes, and major renovations in Brisbane City and surrounds. While our team possesses the capabilities and skillset to handle a wide range of projects, we focus primarily on areas beyond cosmetic renovations and repair work. Our projects start at $1.2m and translate to a minimum of $4,500 per sqm.
Inspired By You
In any building process, effective communication and transparency are vital for transforming a great design into a successful build. We actively facilitate collaboration between the client, architect, and builder to ensure clear communication at every stage, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
