Consultation & Preliminary Services
We have a few options at this stage, depending on where you’re at. You may have home concept designs that are ready you go, or you may wish to collaborate with our architects/designers on bringing your ideas to life. Take a look at our process to find out more.
Final Documents and Building Proposal
Our proposal for your home in Brisbane can take 4 – 5 weeks to put together. This is when we’ll regularly meet with our clients to ensure everything is covered and in line with the project scope.
Contract Agreement
We will meet again to review the proposal and make any necessary revisions. After everything looks good to start, contracts will be signed and we’ll be ready to start.
Construction & Contract Admin
A fortnight before we start, we’ll introduce you to our building supervisor and leading hand carpenter from our Brisbane team.
As the project progresses, we’ll have weekly meetings to ensure everything is on track and share updates at major stages of the journey.
Project Handover & Warranty
The completion of new homes is always satisfying. After the long journey of working together, we’re able to provide ongoing support as required. We will also visit to carry out 6 and 12-month inspections to ensure you’re settled.
