Project Villiers – Tucked away in the leafy streets of New Farm, this classic Queenslander was ready for a brand-new chapter. Our clients had spent a lot of time dreaming, planning, and shaping their vision — making sure every detail reflected the way they wanted to live, both now and into the future.

The original house, full of potential and character, underwent a major renovation and extension that honoured the elegance New Farm is so well known for. The new design wove together the timeless charm of the traditional Queenslander with a fresh, contemporary edge. It was all about blending old and new in a way that felt natural and effortless.

Inside and out, the home featured thoughtful, bespoke details — from beautiful timber wall panelling and striking off-form concrete planters to carefully selected architectural lighting and rich natural stone finishes. Every space was designed to be both functional and luxurious, with multiple areas made for entertaining and relaxing. A rooftop terrace complete with a kitchenette, an inviting patio, and a unique pool created the perfect backdrop for sunny days and long afternoons spent with family and friends.

Project Villiers became a home that was not just beautiful, but deeply personal — a place that felt just right from the very first moment.
