Project Tepui – Named after the word for “House of Gods,” Project Tepui is every bit as special as its name suggests. Designed with precision and imagination, this striking concrete home turns a challenging block into something extraordinary.

At first glance, the site posed a few hurdles — a narrow frontage that widened only as you moved toward the back. But rather than seeing limitations, the design embraced opportunity. The solution was clever and considered: a series of pavilion-style buildings that gently unfold across the land. At the front, a discreet entry and garage pavilion welcomes you in with a sense of calm and privacy. Beyond that, two more beautifully crafted pavilions house the bedroom suites, and the main living, kitchen, bathroom, and gym spaces — all arranged to make the most of the light, space, and flow.

Every element has been carefully composed to feel both strong and serene. Expanses of glass frame the gardens, inviting the outside in and softening the bold material palette. Thoughtful landscaping wraps around the home, blurring the lines between built and natural, and creating a peaceful sense of harmony.
