Project Moorbell – On a sweeping 900m² sloping block, two homes rise side by side — a study in contrasts, a conversation between light and dark. Project Moorbell is where opposing ideas meet and, rather than clash, they find balance.

Each home tells its own story. One, light and airy, captures the softness of the morning sun, wrapping its spaces in calm textures and a quiet elegance. The other, bold and moody, leans into deeper tones and stronger materials, offering a rich, grounded retreat. Together, they create a rhythm — a visual and emotional dance across the site.

The natural slope of the block, once a challenge, became the very foundation of the design — guiding the homes to step down gently with the land, layering spaces and opening up long views to the landscape beyond. Generous glass spans, sculpted gardens, and thoughtful detailing bring the outdoors into every moment of daily life.
