Poinciana – Clo Architecture

Poinciana House – Sitting across from the parklands in Tarragindi, with the big old Poinciana tree stretching out over the street, this custom home already had a story to tell. The original house had been well-loved but was tired and no longer suited the growing needs of our clients. So, together, we set out to create something new — a home that felt fresh, connected to the outdoors, and built for making new memories.

The new design created by Clo Architecture brings five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and living areas that open right up to the north, soaking up the light and the breeze. Double-height ceilings create a real sense of space, and the outdoor patio invites you to slow down and enjoy the garden and sunshine every day.

Inside, Claire Stevens has worked her magic, layering textures and materials inspired by a modern Mediterranean feel. From the raw beauty of concrete formwork to the handmade artisan tiles, crazy paving underfoot, warm oak timber floors, and custom joinery throughout — every corner has been thoughtfully crafted to feel special, but never fussy. This is a home designed for real living, filled with warmth, character, and a true sense of place.
